Big Business began as Macintosh
accounting software.
Its creators hailed from Mac computer
sales. At the time, there were scant business software offerings
that combined inventory control with sales and accounting.
Fewer still met the needs of the growing small business by
connecting multiple users. Big Business was created to meet
these needs and more.
The PC was not long in matching the Mac's graphical interface
and user friendliness. Big Business was re-created for Windows,
offering a Windows accounting software solution as simple
and elegant as Mac software.
Big Business continues to support the latest versions of
the MacOS and Windows, offering users a choice and the flexibility
of a mixed environment. Big Business Servers now run on
Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP,
and soon Windows 2003. All Servers offer cross platform,
multi-user support connecting Clients on Mac OS or Windows98
or higher.
