Network-capable
multi-client invoicing program that can work closely together
with the accounting software Account Pro for Windows (from
Version 8). However, Account Pro Invoice can also be operated
as a stand-alone application. The software is most suitable
for small to medium
size businesses.
All required document templates can be created by the user.
A data import function allows importing of item- and address
data from other programs, if these are equipped with an
export function for that type of data.
The scope of supply includes the postal codes of Germany,
Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Belgium,
Luxemburg and Denmark.
The programs sample client includes templates that can
be adapted to user needs: Offer, Order confirmation, Invoice
without discount information, Invoice with discount information,
Bill of delivery, Credit voucher, Payment reminder, Mail
merge letter, Address label.
The documents produced can be printed, sent by email, and/or
saved as .rtf files.
You can generate a summary invoice from the bill of delivery
data of a certain time period.
A mail merge function allows to generate circular letters
by merging document templates with an an entire list of
addresses.
