Customer groups
All billing and security options can be defined per customer group and additionally if required, per workstation group. With the customer id and password patterns you can control the generation of prepaid cards and customer tickets.

Prepaid cards
With Cyber Monitor you can generate prepaid/postpaid cards in series possibly filled with an amount and export them in different formats for printing. The prepaid cards can be used in both unmonitored or monitored environments.

Customer tickets
Customer tickets are receipt-like cards generated one by one for the one time visitors. You can print a ticket with a user id/password, fill it with a payment (in a prepaid scenario) or give an unlimited or limited credit (in a postpaid scenario) and let the customer logon on a workstation. Or you can simply logon the one time visitor remotely from the Management Console.

Membership accounts
For your special customers you can have special permanent postpaid or prepaid based customer accounts.

Security profiles
With the security profiles you can set all workstation security options for all your workstations from a single place. And not only that. With the concept of the security profiles you can have different security options for different groups of customers and/or different groups of workstations. More than 50 workstation security options available.

Reports
Cyber Monitor provides you with various reports (by shift, by customer group, by customer, by hour, by weekday...) on income and workstation usage. All reports are web based and accessible with a web browser. Comprehensive report filtering options: date/time periods, employee, customer, customer group, workstations and shifts, with predefined patterns e.g. last month, last shift.

Income protection
The workstation usage report combined with the per shift based billing give you complete control over the income.
Price list
Unlimited number of price lists of different types: flat rate per hour; amount per time interval; variable rate per hour; variable amount per session duration. Select which price list to be active for the customer group under different conditions: workstation group, time of the day, day of the week.

Centralized management
Monitor all activities on the network from a single place, logon/logoff the customers remotely, execute commands on one, more or all of the workstations at once.
