The EasyInvoice
is an outstanding low cost small business tool. It can be
used as an invoice creation and tracking system, a point of
sale system, and a product control system. EasyInvoice can
fit the needs of most small business, and is only limited
by PC hard drive space on number of customers, services and
products it can have.
It is designed to be a very simple to use invoicing software
to spend less time doing paperwork and more time doing the
actual selling.
Once the sale or the work is done, to create an invoice
you simply select the customer and the job, then add services
done to the invoice, by selecting them from the services
list. Then add the products used to the invoice, by selecting
them from the inventory list. Add any additional information
to the invoice, if needed, and the software calculates the
totals. View the invoice on the screen, go back and change
details if any changes are required and then print it out.
Simple as that!
At the end of each month, you can print out statements
for each customer to be sent out. Note: you can print out
statements at any time of the month.
