Windows is the cornerstone of a complete enterprise-wide cost
recovery and expense management system.
ERS works in conjunction
with all Copitrak hardware and software to provide effortless
control and tracking of office expenses including photocopies,
faxes, phone usage, postage, laser printing, computer time,
and other miscellaneous costs.
ERS software collects disbursement data from all sources including
remote offices connected by modem or WAN. This data is then
integrated, sorted, and costed for automatic export to third
party time and billing systems and for printing in management
reports.
