Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly Data

The Consultant Edition of Genome accepts annual, quarterly, or monthly information (Basic Edition will only accept annual data), and will "roll up" monthly and quarterly data into quarterly and annual summaries, respectively, based on your specifications. You specify the time range for your analysis.

If you identified a data source, Genome will automatically determine the type and range of time periods available in the data; however, you are free to reconfigure the time periods included in your analysis. You can also save time configurations to reuse them again in your analysis. You can access the Time Period Wizard at any time during your analysis.

The number of periods included in an analysis is limited only by Excel

Pre-structured, Customizable Statements

Financial Genome's built-in statements provide four different views of your data: an accounting view, a business performance view (ratios), a forecasting (projection) view, and an economic view (economic profit and cost of capital - Consultant Edition only).

The accounting view includes an Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Changes in Shareholders' Equity

The business finance performance view includes a Ratios Statement (a systematic collection of standard business ratios) and a Business Performance Analysis (a Dupont ratio tree - Consultant Edition only)

The forecasting view provides tools to set up and implement a business finance forecast

The economic view includes a NOPAT Analysis, Capital Base Analysis, Cost of Capital Analysis and Economic Profit Analysis (Consultant Edition only)
