Evalu-Aide is a PC-based program that enables small businesses to automate their performance appraisal process. The program provides 18 pre-defined behavioral traits, plus an unlimited number of user definable traits for rating. The employer can conduct either traditional one-on-one, or multi-rater based appraisals, with each trait receiving both a qualitative comment and quantitative score. The program generates a number of pre-defined reports, and allows for a variety of customizable selections. The program is designed for the average PC user running Windows 3.1, 95, or NT and requires minimal training and support.
