Annual Percentage Rates for mortgage loans as explained in
Appendix J of 12 CFR Ch. II, Pt. 226, the portion of the United
States Code of Federal Regulations known as "Regulation
Z". In addition to the basic APR calculation, APR Spread
Calculator also provides a spreadsheet-like grid of APRs by
loan amounts and fixed fee amounts. The loan amount and fixed
fee amount axes are "spread" incrementally based
upon user-modifiable ranges.
