Mid-Term Balloon Payment The Mid-Term Balloon payment has
been replaced by adding an Extra Payments feature which allows
extra payments at as many payment numbers as you require.
QuickCalc You can enter any three of the four items required
for a loan, amount, interest rate, payment or length of loan,
and the program will calculate the fourth item.
New! Option to select Annual payments rather than monthly
payments.
New! Added the option to preview or print the Payment Grid.
New! A Reset Form button has been added to clear the form
so that you can enter all new data.
New! A Fiscal Year Ends selection is now available on the
File dropdown list allowing you to set the summary for yearly
totals on the Amortization report for any month. The default
is December.
New! A Back button replaces the Show Amortization button to
allow you to return to the payment grid without having to
re-calculate payments, after it is pressed.
