The Optimum Solutions Optimum Suite for iSeries - Time & Attendance (TA) is a comprehensive iSeries (AS/400) solution that is tightly integrated to our Payroll and/or Human Resources systems. Our TA System runs on the iSeries (AS/400) with our other applications, so you do not have to be concerned with maintaining a PC network based TA system.
You can also have a complete one vendor solution for all your Payroll, HR, Applicant Tracking , and TA needs, thus eliminating the finger pointing when you are dealing with separate TA and Payroll/HR vendors. There is no need to maintain two employee master files since the TA System uses the employee master file from our Payroll System.
Users can clock in/out from a direct attached iSeries (AS/400) terminal, iSeries (AS/400) attached PC, or from data collection timeclocks. The automation of collecting employees time allows you to eliminate the use of time cards. The system also allows you to monitor your employees time, schedule employees/groups, and track attendance through various on-line displays and reports. All reviewing and maintenance is done on-line, so the system is paper less if you desire.
